Is my cervix high or low, and leaking!

Hello all! I am very new to the cup and I finally went ahead and bought one because I heard they are great for women with heavy periods. I have a DivaCup 1 (23, no kids) but on the first 2 days of my period, I have to change it every 2 or 3 hours which gets very annoying. I also end up having to use pads as backup and even took my cup out and used a tampon since they seem to hold up better. I almost felt like it was a waste of money. I usually use Playtex Ultra tampons and after looking at the box, it holds more than my DivaCup (which holds about 15 ml). I'm now thinking about buying a large Yuuki. But, I have a question. My DivaCup goes all the way inside of me (if it doesn't, then I can feel it) and I am not sure if I am putting it in correctly. It still leaks, even after I first put it in. The thing is, it DOES catch blood because when I take it out a few hours later, it is completely full. I'm not sure if I am putting it in correctly. I don't just spot, I have to use a pad as backup. Since my cup goes all of the way in to the point that I have to use my vaginal muscles to pull it out, I assume I have a high cervix? How do I know how to turn my cup to catch all of my blood? Do you all put your finger up there to feel where your cervix is?

Thanks everyone!
