I will be backpacking in Europe for 3 months this fall, and i am looking into buying a cup as an alternative to tampons, which are just not an option for the traveling i will be doing. I have never used a cup or considered the option until recently, and i think they would be the perfect solution for my trip this fall- and maybe from now on. No one i know uses a cup, so i am completely clueless as to what would be best for me, even though ive spent some time lurking here. What are some recommendations for cups that are easy to use, remove, clean, and store? I'm 19, 5'4, 125 lbs and usually have a medium to heavy flow, so size recommendations would be greatly appreciated as well! Any help would be wonderful, thank you!!
