How did you discover cups?

 Morning all, it's 12.30am (GMT), I should be in bed but I can't sleep!


Sorry if this has been asked before, but I couldn't find anything of relevance on here at this moment in time -_-

Thinking about things, how did you first discover menstrual cups?  Was it through friends/ family, adverts, internet or did you happen to stumble across them in shops?

I found out about them on a forum thread and a users was asking about pads and tampons...and someone said that they used a cup.  I was like 'What the heck?!'    Lol.  Never heard of them before then...but curiosity got the better of me and so the rest is history  :)
