Making the right choice, first time!

So I'm considering getting a menstrual cup - I've seen a bit about them on the net, but don't know anyone who actually has one.  I'm most interested in getting one for use during swimming, because I'd like to start aqua-aerobics classes.

My problem is, of course, that I don't know which to choose.  It's more difficult because the only one available in my country is the MPower, and I'm worried that that's too big.  To get a different one, I'll have to find a website that ships internationally, and that's going to be pretty expensive.  I don't mind doing it, but I don't want to have to do it more than once... so I need to make the right choice the first time!

I'm not a teenager, but am a virgin and I think I have a fairly low cervix.  But I also have a heavy flow at times, so while my instinct would be to go for the shortest, narrowest cup I don't think it'll be sufficient.

I know you guys won't be able to make the choice for me, but any advice on how to make the choice would be very helpful!
