Pelvic Floor strength articles

This is a pair of articles which I thought would be of interest to this community, since we often talk about Kegels and pelvic floor strength. They are written by a physical therapist.

Short summary: Kegels may not be enough - squats are really important for pelvic floor strength as well! Both articles should be read together - the second is a corrective for the first one, which is a bit radical.

Enjoy! (Sorry I haven't been around much and probably no-one here now remembers me, but I used to be quite active. Anyway, for the last three years I've been mostly either pregnant or nursing and therefore not having cycles. But I still have my GreenCup in the bathroom drawer and not a tampon in the house!
