I've always had a little bit of leakage and thought nothing of it because it was so much less than a tampon. Some cups were better than others.
I found the she cup and fleur difficult to seal so I sold them. The large meluna is difficult to get in place around my cervix due to its length and rigidity so I dont like that so Im going to sell it. The small meluna was perfect for the the end day of my period and I bought it for its cuteness factor and it leaked for me on any other day so it was pretty pointless having it for one day a month ; it has been rehomed now. I found the seal on the medium meluna to hard to remove but other than that it was great. The small lady was too short and difficult to grip ; it has been rehomed also. The medium soft was awesome and I liked it but I sold it so I can get a glitter one! Anyway none of the cups mentioned were perfect (yuuki is fine just small ish) so I bid on a lady cup and got it really cheap and its perfect it just fits and seals itself around my cervix , i only need to empty it once per day and although its slippery and evil to grip I can when squatting use a little toilet roll to dry the cup and then its easy to pull out as it sticks out a little when im squatted anyway ... :) happy .
So in short the large lady cup in purple is perfect just a little bit more work to remove :D happy
im getting a medium glitter meluna for the cuteness factor too
I think the glitter meluna and the lady cup are a nice duo and all I need
The following cups I still own and are looking for loving new homes are
small MCUK no stem, £8 ono
small diva (used for less than one cycle), £13 ono
large orange meluna ball Klassik (used for one day!) £10 ono
my small yuuki (used for about once cycle) . £13 ono
I'm in the UK if anyone is interested :) worldwide shipping is £1.82
Just goes to show that trying a few (lots!) of different shapes and sizes can mean finding a better cup that you thought was even possible! I was happy with my first cup the MCUK but started using others because of the colours and capacities then decided I didnt like the MCUK as much as I thought I did.
any was jibberish poorly written almost english rant discussion thing over :D
