LadyCup leaking significantly

Hi all,

I used this community about a year and a half ago to find out more about menstrual cups. I was concerned at the time about getting a cup that would be too large, so I ended up with a small LadyCup.

There are a lot of things I really about my LadyCup. I don't have a hard time removing it anymore, and it's really comfortable. The only problem is that on the heavier days of my period, it leaks. And I don't just mean a little. Like I have to wear a pad :( When I take it out, only sometimes has it even reached capacity before the leaking starts. I've tried emptying it every hour or two just to be safe and still I leak.

I'm thinking I should try another cup, but I don't know which direction to go. Is it too small? Too short? Too narrow? Would a cup that's slightly bigger in both directions be helpful?
