leaking issue - low cervix

 Hi everyone,

I have  been using a cup (small Lunette) for over six months now and on my lighter days it works great. On my heavier days however, it leaks, sometimes only after an hour or two, which I find rather impractical. When I remove the cup it is only partially full, so I suspect that this leaking is due to my low cervix (which is only about 3cm in) taking up volume in the cup. I recently tried a large lunette and it wasn't any better. As far as I can tell I am positioning the cup correctly around my cervix. I have tried wearing it low, wearing it higher, wearing it inside out - nothing seems to make much of difference. I am just about to give up and go back to tampons (at least on my heavier days) because I have had enough of the inconvenience and the mess, but I just wondered if anyone out there has any last suggestions that might allow me to get cups working for me on the heavier days? I would much appreciate it :-) Especially now that it is coming into summer here, I would love to be able to depend upon my cup irrespective of flow, but I am beginning to think that this is not physically possible with my anatomy?

Thanks in advance
