Removal Issues

I first tried a small Diva and had nothing but trouble with it from the start. It leaked constantly, and I had a very difficult time getting it to pop open. When I lost it in a move, I decided to just forget about it and try another cup.

My Lunette Green Diana is wonderful. I'm on my first cycle with it and it's already a completely different world. I still need to use a pad, but I think it's more that I just need to get used to this new cup and how to angle it properly. With my Diva, I was changing my pad every 2-3 hours. With my Lunette I only had a bit of spotting after 8 hours of sleep last night, and I'm pretty sure that's just because the cup was full.

Now, I'm having issues removing it. I can get it out without any pain or difficulty, but it's messy. I know it'll take time and practice, but I'm wondering what you ladies do during removal so when you break the suction you don't spill all over your hand.

Any suggestions? I especially need to be able to do this in our public bathroom at work.

Thank you. :)
