Dont understand why people love these cups so much

So I was going to originally post that I must have a mutant vagina because I'm the only one having problems with my cup but after spending an hour and a half reading through the "pain" memories i found I'm not alone. I dont know how I missed all these entries before, because had I known people had issues with the cup I probably would not have bought it. I bought a femmecup (though the brand doesn't really matter) because every post i would find on the internet about menstrual cups was full of excitement and praise for these things.

But trying it myself
- Its incredibly difficult to insert. the material is EXTREMELY thick and folding it over just makes it feel sharpish (though not like a knife obviously). it is VERY VERY painful to put in because of its shape and texture and i dont understand how people can do this for 5 days every month and then talk about how this cup is the best invention ever. i mean seriously is my vagina just ultra sensitive? Maybe i havent developed the callouses that other people have in their vaginas or something? the idea of having a super calloused vagina sounds pretty horrifying as is.
- its incredibly difficult to remove. Some people supposedly cut off the entire stem? WTFFFF. HOW? i can barely even reach the base of the cup and have no clue how i would remove it without a stem. but then of course keeping the stem there means that i would have this sharp thing pressed against me and probably causing bruising in my vagina.
- then theres the suction. I read that youre supposed to somehow fold it over before removal by grabbing the very top of the cup...how are you even supposed to reach that? when i removed mine it created so much suction that i could feel the pain from it for over an hour after i removed it and i can still feel it a little bit 3 hours later.
- and this is just speculation, but the thought of having something that big and that rough inside my vagina for multiple hours at a time just does not seem healthy. i cant help but think that its causing some damage, or at the very least, some bruising

overall this product seems more of a hassle than anything else and its made me feel incredibly insecure about my own anatomy because i know that most people sing this thing's praises and im having such a huge amount of trouble with it. i hardly see a product that makes me feel like my vagina is abnormal as "woman friendly" and i dont get the people who say they have no pain in insertion or removal. are you guys all just lying? serious question because if you're not then i feel like me and the few people who have posts in the "pain section" are weirdos who have really deformed vaginas.
