Diva Cup Help Please!

Hi, I am 27 years old and I have had a vaginal delivery, so I picked DivaCup 2. I've read a lot of the troubleshooting posts and I still don't know why my cup is leaking. Sometimes it leaks more and sometimes it leaks less, but there haven't been any "leak-free" experiences so far. I have noticed that the cup, even after I insert it in the lower position, as specified in the instructions, tends to move upward in only a few minutes after insertion. I've tried inserting in a couple of different ways (c and punch down), but I doubt the insertion method is the problem--They both (and a couple of others I made up) produce leaking. Turning it tends to be difficult. Should I try inserting it higher? It really seems to want to go way up there. Isn't it supposed to rest low enough that it's just inside the vagina? Should I get a different cup?
