Lunette stem - How far did you trim?

I'm finally getting the chance to try out my new small Lunette, but I think this stem has to go! I took the stem completely off my Diva during my first period with the cup, and I don't think I'll need the Lunette stem for removal. I think when I trim the stem, I'll be taking the whole thing off, and I'd like to see how you ladies shaped the end of the cup. With the Diva, I just cut down until it got to that flat base, but the Lunette tapers and is more funnel shaped where the cup turns into stem. So, my question is: Can I see a picture of how you trimmed your Lunette?
