Sleeping with a cup?

Hey ladies.  I got my US Moon Cup about 1 1/2 years ago and if it weren't for this community, I don't think I would have had any success with it!  So thanks for that to begin with.

After watching this community for such a long time, and searching through past posts, one of my big questions has been left unanswered....Does anyone else have difficulty sleeping with their cups?  What makes a cup suitable for sleeping in?  Is wider better?

My Moon Cup works pretty well during the day (although recent leaking has made me start looking into buying a new cup), but at night it's been useless.  The cup only works if I sleep on my side or stomach, and I can only sleep well if I'm on my back.  I think that when I sleep the cup works until I move in a way that breaks the seal, and then once that seal is broken it all goes down hill.

So this makes me think that I may possibly need a wider cup?  If it's of any help, I'm a 20 year old non-virgin with no kids.  When reading size comparisons it seems as though the Moon Cup is right in the middle, so perhaps a wider cup would be better?
