cervix inside

Hi ladies!

I read a lot about placing the cup when cervix is inside - prevents leaking, etc. That's nice
But what about the cervix is inside the flow for 12 hours... Blood is all the time washing the cervix and it is for 12 hours. Isn't it a problem?
Can it cause some?

I know more women with the same question.

Thank you!
