Has anyone else almost fainted while inserting a cup??

I FINALLY GOT MY CUP IN!!!!!(not the best way though)

So I got my period today and got excited because I could finally really try to use my cup. After about 10 tries and 2 different folding techniques(extreme 7 and punch-down) I was finally able to get it in(extreme 7 got the job done). As I realized that it was going to go in I kinda got scared and wondered what to expect when I let go. I let go and I think my body went into panic. It kinda hurt and my hands/legs started shaking. I got even more scared then and tried pulling it out. I stuck a finger in there and pushed down on the top and tried to pull out. IT WASN'T COMING OUT! I freaked out even more and my whole body was shaking at this point and I started to sweat a lot. I tried to get it out about 3 times My mind was racing and I decided to leave it. I start feeling extremely faint and called out for my brother to get me some water. I quickly put my clothes on and left the bathroom. I started to black-out a little and almost passed out. I drank a ton of water and lied down. I had this urgent need to poop. I really thought I was going to faint. I have no idea why. I lied down, took an advil, ate some fruit. I feel better now.

I decided to take it out after about an hour and a half and really had trouble with it. I ended up sticking my middle finger all the way up to break the seal. I tried pinching the base, but nothing really happened. As I pulled the end of it out (also the widest part) there was extreme pain because it was so wide. I ended up yanking it out and the contents spilled in the toilet(thank god!)

I don't know if I should give it another try. I don't know why I almost fainted and I don't know what to do to not experience that amount of pain when removing it.

I was using my Mooncup(US)
