Small cup even after kids?

I haven't been able to find someone with a question quite like mine here, so please forgive me if this really is an old question!

My cervix is low and easily reached. It's maybe only 1.75 inches back there, so I'm thinking a small cup is the way to go. Also, my flow is never that heavy. Regular tampons do the job for me with no prob.

However! I'm 43 and I have twins, so I'm wondering if I need a large. On the other hand, my babes were born 7 yrs ago (can you snap back?) via C-section, so my vagina never saw any childbirth action.

The Lunette appeals to me, but I don't know if I should go large or small.

Afraid of leaks with a small...afraid a large will just stick out or be uncomfortable.
