During insertion, when the cup opens low and I'm trying to maneuver it further back in. I've found that if I bear down while holding the bottom of the cup and then do a Kegel, it almost suctions back in for me. Has anyone else experienced this or is this just me getting lucky? The only other thing I can think of is, when you are discussing "super kegels" is this what you mean?
