Hi all! I've decided to get my first cup. I think I have a pretty low cervix, so I'm a bit worried a large size would be uncomfortable for me. I also have given birth and have a very heavy flow. I'm wondering if the small lunette would still be alright for me? Anybody with a heavy flow use it? How often did you have to empty it?
