Removal panic: can pulling without breaking suction cause damage?

I just got my first menstrual cup (MeLuna M) and I was having awful cramps all day.

Long story short, I got the cup out to empty it but I couldn’t break the seal fully and I was panicky so I pulled it out fast the last couple of inches and it hurt a bit and I felt a suction and I was wondering if I possibly hurt myself by removing it like that.

Leaking Lunette 2

Hi everyone. I have already posted here about the my two meluna Ms (soft and classic) leaking and ive been reccommended a bigger cup. So thats what i did. I got the lunette 2 but it leaks during the day and night and its super firm. I have already mastered taking it out and putting it in without pain but the leaking is a problem.

Im 21 years old, really tall, really slim and a virgin. My vagina is pretty short and the opening is really small. I have a dangly cervix on the side about second knuckle deep. I usually wear cups really low (so low that the stem is poking out) but i cant wear the lunette that way because its just too uncomfortable (not because its long but because the bottom of the cup stretches me out). It gets a sunction if i put in way up but i think its too high then. I dont know if its leaking because i put it too high up or if theres another problem.

I have tried turning it inside out but it leaked immediately.

I actually dont know anything about my pelvic floor muscles but they seem to be average strenght (can hold pee while jumping, sneezing and i feel the muscles tighten when i put in one finger)
