Chelle & her Mama

Can't seem to fix this problem

I'm not sure what the issue is - if it's my body chemistry or if it's my cup (Sckoon size 2/L).

Every month I use my cup I end up with a yeast infection. I wash it with every use. I wash my hands before I remove it. I wash my hands before I re-insert it. I have soaked the cup in peroxide. I have boiled the darned thing. Help!

I am a diabetic, so I know that can make me prone to yeast infections, but it's not anything I've had an issue with historically.

Any suggestions? I love my cup, but this is just not going to work if this is my "fate" every month.

Flow App

I searched through and couldn't find the answer to my question. If I missed it and someone could redirect me, I would appreciate it.

I want to know if anyone has found a phone app that has the ability to record your menstrual flow in mL or oz per se? I know I can manually write them down on paper or word doc, but I was wondering if there was an app out there. So far the period apps I found just have options for "light-heavy" flow and no where to chart amounts.
