What to do about cup sliding down?

I am a new user of the cup, so I decided on the Sckoon 2 since I am 32 and have had 2 kids. I pushed it up as far as it would go and the stem hung out and was very irritating. So I cut it off. As I walk around, do chores, pick up my baby, the cup slides down to the point the grippers irritate the vaginal opening. I called the company for suggestions and they sent me the size 1. The same thing happens with it. I will place it high initially, but it will move down and the grips irritate the opening. If I use a mirror, I can see the base of it right there. Do I need a wider one, shorter one, different shape? So confused. Please help!

Does this mean my vagina is long?

Hello! I am new to this community, nice to meet you all :) I've been heavily interested in menstrual cups, and after much thought, I've decided to invest in one. Today (I am on my period), I tried to figure out the length of my vagina in order to decide the right cup for me. My middle finer, the longest finger, went all the way in without stopping. I don't know if I hit the cervix or not, but I'm assuming I didn't as my finger kept sliding in with no blockage.

This may be an obvious question, but does this mean that I have a long vagina, and that I should get a longer cup? I am 17 and a virgin, with medium flow! Thank you so much! Also, what are some good cups for beginners with my sizes/details? Is softer better, or stiffer better? Sorry for all the questions, and thank you so much!

EDIT: I've come to the conclusion that I may be missing the mark completely.. I cannot seem to find it at all..
