I'm freaking out!

I have the new cup jitters...I got my cup about three weeks ago, and I've sterilized it and all that good stuff, but now that my period is about to start within the next day or so, I'm freaking the hell out...I feel like it's going to be the first day at school or the first day at a new job or something...maybe I should have done a "dry run"...the majority of my fear comes from the fact that while I'm at work, I don't have much time to fight with this thing...I'm the only person manning the phones overnight at a medical call center, and oftentimes I literally have to run to the potty, pee, and run back to the phone. I know that rushing through removal and re-insertion is not a good idea, so I'm just trying to figure out how to manage that. I might be overthinking it, but that's what I do. I don't have to go back to work until Sunday night, so should I just get as much "practice" as possible before I go back to work? Help meeeee....

Cervix length?

I want to buy a Divacup because it is the only cup that I know of that is sold around my area. However I know that Divacups are long and you should have a longer cervix length for them. So, what would you consider a short cervix? I believe mine is about 3-4 inches deep.

question about wearing a cup?

i've managed to figure out how to insert and remove my cup, but i have one question. my cup feels like it's going to pop out all the time even though i insert the cup including the short stem. am i doing something wrong or is it supposed to feel like this. when i check it, it's still in place. nothing sticks out so i'm wondering why it feels like it's falling out. please help.

(i don't want to clog this board with lots of posts, so this is my last question)
