Hi all I've got a question or two to ask of you all

At the moment im useing an Instead and im haveing a problem with leaking. Im a gardener and volenteer firefighter and its during the times when im working or training is when i have problems.
Does it get better with a keeper? Possibly dose anyone here have any glory stories about useing a cup in simular situations and not haveing leakage problems?
I do plan on buying a keeper eventually, and i made my own resuable pads id order one sooner if i could get it from a catalog but is there any catalogs out there?

To conclude there i am never going back to tampons and my body thanks me for it

thanks a bunch
