Did any of you experience a definite drop in the level of blood you shed during your cycle after switching to the cup? I've used my divacup for two cycles now and I have seen a drastic drop in the amount of blood shed during my cycle. Is it because of the cup? I've also been trying to eat more raw foods during the last couple months, could that be affecting the blood amount? My period isn't even so much a period anymore, just spotting that lasts like two weeks. Anyone know what might be up? Thanks in advance for any insight you may share.
