cup question!

I'm using an Instead Cup for the first time this month. I put it in just a few minutes ago, and it's a tad bit sore, but the first time I wore tampons they made me a bit as well, so I'm not worried about that. I just am not sure how far to push it in, or if I'm supposed to be able to feel it RIGHT on the inside of my labia?

If I put my palm against my vulva and push a little, I can feel the rim of it. So is it in not far enough and will it leak, or am I paranoid? Thanks for any help!

I'd be curious to do some polls in this community, but I haven't got a paid account. Is there anyone out there with a paid account who'd be able to create them for me? Here's one I had in mind, for instance:

I'd also be interested in finding out whether people have had more or less trouble with yeast infections, again divided up by the different cups, how much difficulty people have had with insertion/removal, leaks and so forth.

way too much

my period started on Saturday. normally, I have two ridiculously heavy days and then it chills out but lasts for about a week or so.

last night, before I went to bed, I put in my diva cup. when I woke up this morning, I was a mess. I thought I hadn't put it in right and that it had leaked, but it was full. okay, all night is a long time. not a big deal, right? but then, within three hours, it was full again.

this seems like too much. should I be worried about my extremely leaky vag?
