Dislodging mooncup?

Hi everyone,

I'm now well into my period and the mooncup is behaving beautifully. No trouble to put in or take out, although I left it in too long yesterday and ended up spilling a bit of blood on the bathroom floor. I can see why everyone's so enthusiastic about it, I'm dying to get evangelical but not quite sure whom I could tell - most of my friends are gay men!

Anyway, today I'm on what I call a heavy day and most other people would probably call a light one, i.e. I think I'll have to change it after 12 hours. I'm seeing the osteopath this evening and she usually does quite a lot of work on my pelvic area, including a technique of sort of rotating my legs. Do you think I should worry about the mooncup getting dislodged? I'll be emptying it not more than three hours before I go. Should I warn her? What's the most vigourous activity that people have done that affects that region, and how have their mentrual cups behaved?
