I’ve had my keeper for two years now, and I really like it. It’s not perfect, but it’s the best thing I’ve used. However, the last two periods I’ve had some problems with it. I cannot get it to seal properly anymore. It’s in the “right” place, it’s open, it appears to be sealed, but it’s obviously not because it’s a huge mess. I inspected it thinking maybe there was a tear or something somewhere on it (I couldn’t think of how I could have gotten holes or tears in it, but hey, it was worth a shot!) It looks normal.

Has anybody else had this problem where after a year or two of use, it suddenly “stops working”?

This is my first cycle using the keeper. I like the way it doesn't make me feel "wet" and "numb" down there. But I have a question. Is it possible to keep it from shifting down too far? I try to shove it up there best I can but especially when I use the bathroom it feels too low. I cut the stem really short but it's like the base is almost falling out. I don't have any leaking problems so I don't think it's a matter of not sealing it.

Also, the brochure said to pinch the base and pull. But sometimes when I get it half way out and the top lid is about to come out it hurts. Is there anyway to fold it up so it's not quiet so wide when it exits?

Lastly, a while ago I asked baout using the keeper and the nuvaring. I emailed the and never got a reply so I decided to try it out. So far so good, no leaks. Although maybe the ring is what's pushing my keeper down?
