When your cup is full...

 When you remove your cup, do you just dump the blood in the toilet and then re-insert it without washing it? Do you wash/boil it before reinsertion? Do you just rinse it with tap water?
Have you ever inserted it in the shower? Do you just rinse out the blood and wash it out with the shower water and then reinsert it?

What do YOU do when your cup is full?
