Size issues

Hello everyone.  I've had my small Lunette for over a year now, and it works all right.  The only issue I have is capacity.  I know that the small Lunette actually has a high capacity compared to other small cups, and even compared to a lot of large cups, but I have pretty heavy periods on my first two days, and it tends to leak overnight and during the day if I leave it in too long.  My method so far is to just wear a backup pad, but if I could I'd love to just go with a liner and have a cup I can use for ten hours at a time.  (I've just started student teaching, and some days I don't have time to go to the bathroom at all, much less time to fiddle with a cup.)

I've looked at the size charts, and the only cups with higher capacities are the large Lunette, the large Diva, and the large Fleurcup.  I know the Diva would be too long for me, and I'm in the U.S., so I'd have some trouble getting either of the other two.  But, even assuming I could get my hands on a large Fleurcup, I don't know whether it would fit me.  I'm a 23-year-old virgin, and I've only been able to fit two fingers in maybe once, and even inserting and removing the small Lunette is kind of painful.  (Some of that may be the lines on the cup--I tried it inside out, and it felt better, but it leaked more, so I don't use it like that.)

So I was wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience, and how much the size makes a difference, especially for insertion and removal.  Has anyone tried a large cup and found it to be too big?  If so, how could you tell that it was too big?  Thanks!
