Anatomy question

Hey so this might sound weird, and u don't have to answer if you don't want to
but i tried to put in my diva cup. didn't work at all, it was way to painful. so I continued on reading other posts in this community and decided to try and locate my hymen and my cervix, but I don't know what i'm looking for....
How do you know whats what up there?
maybe if i know where i'm "aiming" my diva cup could work better
