The only problem is when I wake up in the morning my cup seems to have disappeared up inside me and I can't reach the stem or base to pull it out. I think it's because on the second day of my cycle my cervix move up quite a bit. Usually it's okay to spend 5-10 minutes to get it out but sometimes that's not always possible when I'm in a rush to get out of the house in the morning.
I've read that doing kegels will get the cup to come down farther. But that only works sometimes. Maybe my muscles down there are weak? What else can I do to get my cup farther down so I can reach it? Thanks :)
