Getting rid of cup smells

My cup was smelling awful today and I used what I always do on bacteria; a good coating of Neem Oil.
It was like shooting squirrels with a cannon. Within an hour it smelt only of neem.
I really like the smell, but I'm aware lots of people don't, so give it a good sniff before you try it!
