I am completely new to both IUD's and cups. I just had my Paragard inserted yesterday, and now feel like I should look into using a menstrual cup after the 3 month wait time. This gives me some time to research, I know, and I have looked through all the posts and... wow. I have NO idea what to do.
I'm pretty sure my cervix sits low, but I guess I'll have to keep checking to see if that varies. I've never given birth and I'm under 30 (just barely, 28). Any advice as to which cup is best? I live in the U.S. and have already read the sad stories about mooncup and lunette. I think I'd probably need something that isn't too big, but again, I don't really know. I read the helpful post that charted sizes and capacities, and totally appreciated it, but also felt...lost. Utterly. Anyone about my age, with Paragard, and a vagina that isn't especially deep (in my opinion, at least. it's not like i've measured it.)
