Original One-Size Lunette Equivalent

When I purchased my Lunette there was only one size option. Does anyone know for certain what the equivalent to the original one-size Lunette would be? I can't figure it out now that there are two options and it doesn't say on www.leastore.fi where I purchased it. I'm thinking it might be the larger option because compared to other brands of cups I remember the Lunette being bigger.

I am wondering because after having it for about four years I'd like to get a replacement as soon as the FDA butts out and allows them to be shipped again, or the next time I'm in Europe.
