Stems
I'm starting my third month with my Lunette today. My second month was kind of a disaster because I was travelling and using a different lube that irritated me *a lot.*
However, I'm still having a few issues with the stem (my Lunette rides a bit low, the stem sometimes sticks out, but only sometimes). I trimmed it a very tiny bit the first month. (Again, the second month after two days, I needed to switch back to pads because of my reaction to the Vagisil lube, which at least imitated an allergic reaction.) Since I use the steam for removal, I'm a little wary of just chopping it all off.
How quickly do you trim your stems?
