Liking the Lunette, but I want to be disposable pad free.

This is my fourth cycle with the large Lunette and I have made some progress using it. Today is my third day and I just put my cup back in after emptying it after I came back from class. I had worn it normally the previous days, but I decided to turn it inside out since I remembered that  it tended to be more comfortable and easier to push towards the cervix that way. It seems to be doing its job, but  I still get some leakage on my pad even after swirling the cup and wiping after checking if the cup is fully popped open. I am currently using the 7-fold because that seems to open the easiest while being the fastest to insert. Does anyone have some additional tips so that I can eventually stop wearing pads altogether?
