Calling all "inside-out" girls!

For those who use their cup "inside out" do you find that this greatly reduces the capacity? I've been wearing my GreenCup inside out lately, but it seems to reduce the capacity a LOT. Otherwise inside-out works well, once I got used to the difference in popping it open. I finally found a use for the C-fold! ;)
