Wet Dry Runs

I've discovered that you can fill your cup with water about a quarter up and insert it that way with the right fold.  It may be helpful in testing for leaks in between periods, or perhaps practicing removal without spilling (my goal, and this test proved successful).  Of course, you would already kinda need to be familiar with insertion.  It was a little tricky not spilling all the water squeezing it in, but I did manage.
