Just received my Lunette Selene!!!
Wow! Was I ever excited to see it in the mail today! I ordered it from Kuukuppi.com and I received here in Canada exactly 9 days after ordering, which is pretty darn good considering they had a delay and Christmas in the mix! It came in a small envelope marked Leastore.fi. The customs declaration sticker simply said 3 pc hygiene item on it. It came with the cup, a blue pouch, instructions, two candies, two disinfecting wipes, and a newsletter/satisfaction guarantee.
It is a BEAUTIFUL blue with almost a purpley-indigo undertone (at least in these lights). I'm normally more of pink person, but I'm just in LOVE with this blue. I own a size 1 Diva, but I ordered a size 2 Lunette for capacity issues. The Lunette feels stiffer compared to my Diva, but I'm not sure if it's because the Diva has been used for almost a year now. I don't have my period yet, but I'm off to boil it now to do a dry run. I'm too excited to wait for my period. I've gone cupless for three months now due to my IUD and I'm sooooo excited to have fresh, clean periods again.
I'll let you know how it goes. For those of you who have received your Selene, what do you think? Do you like it? Anyone else considering ordering one? I wonder if it is actually a limited edition, and if they plan on bringing out other colours if in fact they don't produce any more of the Selene. I'm really happy with my decision so far! Let's hope it stays that way!
