I just started using a cup, and I am wondering if anyone has a suggestion for getting it to "pop"--I have tried the cold water, squatting, finger around the rim, its just not working. The thing is, it eventually settles into place--but it can take about an hour to do so, and in the meantime I leak a little bit. Then, all of the sudden, I hear/feel the schlooop! and poof its in. Any crazy yoga positions for this...or something?
