Excited about my period?

I got my cup in the mail about three days *after* my last cycle ended, so i have been super excited to get my next period. I mean, I've never really hated getting my period, but I've never been excited either. I haven't done any dry runs, because I find I am *quite* dry if I'm not on my period or having sex, but I stoked that I get to use it next week. Not sure if this is off-topic or anything, I just wanted to tell someone and I don't quite think my friends would understand like y'all would.
