Placement issues

Hi everyone!

I got my Diva Cup yesterday and was practicing with it last night. the first couple of times I put it in, it was a little uncomfortable - I got a very "full" feeling and the stem was poking me. The 3rd time I put it in, I left it in a bit. The stem was still pokey at first, but then it got more comfortable and I left it in for a few hours.

When I went to take it out before bed (again, just for practice, I know you can leave it in overnight!) It was so far up the stem was inside of me. I had to really bear down to get it out, and it took about 10 minutes. I'll admit, I was a little worried - it's hard to get a good grasp on that slippery stem, and my vagina is always rather tight during my period.

SO - is it supposed to sit that high up? It was very comfortable and wasn't leaking, just really hard to get out! Or was it too high and it should be a little lower.

Thanks!
