Mild soap??

Heya cup girls!!

I'm really happy with my Lunette (though some days it takes more time to insert... )...

I'd like to wash it with soap but the instruction says "wash with mild soap"....
What kind of "mild soap" can I use?
I actually have Dove Beauty Cream bar, is it ok? What about baby shower gel?
Any other suggestion?

Edit: And what ingredients should I avoid??
