it has been close to 2 months since i mailed in my ladycup to the company in czech republic for exchange, and still have not received the new one. i have emailed them several times to inquire, and i get 1-sentence emails that say things like, 'your tracking number is czn121893409' (i have no idea how i would go about tracking a package from czech republic)
i loved the cup, but right now am feeling very disappointed with the company. i wrote an email today stating that it has been over 30 days since they reported mailing it to me, and expressed that the burden to find a lost product that i have paid them for should not be on me.
anyone else have frustrating experiences with this company? anyone have any idea what i might do? i was so happy to find and purchase the cup, and now have been using tampons again for 2 periods because the cup exchange hasn't arrived and the company doesn't seem to be very good with customer service. it's really a bummer.
