Leaking

So I must admit, I'm horrible at remembering to take out my diva. I just forget all about it (which is a good thing)... So I probably kept my diva in for about 24 hours (a little from the day before yesterday and then till around 3 yesterday). I got home from work and took a good long nap. I woke up, went to go to the bathroom, and there was some major leakage there. I pulled the cup out and it wasn't even full. I'm pretty sure if it wasn't in right it would have leaked earlier, right? I have widened the holes (easier to clean), but that was a couple cycles ago so if that was the cause it should have leaked earlier. Any ideas?
