So.. I just started using insteads and i really really love them. I posted before and a lot of people told me that they reused theirs for a few days or even a whole cycle although they are supposed to be disposable. What I wanted to know is how you guys wash them after using? I have been washing mine out with soapy water and then blowdrying it with cool air to dry. I dont know if thats good enough though. Opinions?

I just rinsed mine with water and popped it back in. Same as I do for my reusable cups. Oh and I used one for the whole cycle. :o)

Whatever you find is hygienic is fine. I would be careful the blow dryer doesn't overheat/melt the plastic. Remember, the vagina is full of funky bacteria and stuff anyway, you just don't want to upset that balance...it all depends on what you're comfortable with. If it's not causing issues and you feel it's sufficient, it probably is.
Personally, I reuse my Insteads for 3-4 cycles per cup.
During my cycle, when I empty it, I simply rinse it with cold water, shake it off & pop it back in (I find it easier to slide in when it's a bit damp).
At the end of each cycle, I rinse my cup out as usual & then put it into a large mug of freshly boiled/boiling water & let it sit for a few minutes before tossing the water & letting my cup air dry (either in the dish rack [I know!] or in the bathroom cupboard, if we have guests). I keep the plastic wrappers so I have something to store it in between cycles, but I've been thinking of making my own pretty little fabric bag. Preferably something that doesn't crinkle so much when handled. :)
