help :(

I love this community.  I'm so glad I discovered it.  I have issues though.  I hate them.

Okay, so I've been quite familiar and comfortable with my Lady Parts for quite some time, and I really have no clue what's going on with them at the moment, and so, I come to you, my fellow proud vagina owners for some help.

So, I used a menstrual cup for the first time this period.  It started Saturday morning and ended Wednesday, which is very normal for me.  The last day with the cup was really hard.  I thought my period had ended, but it hadn't and was soaking through my liner so I had to get the cup in at work.  I felt like my whole insides were bruised and in pain, which is interesting cause the cup didn't hurt for the first few days.

Then I started noticing that my whole vulva area felt really really dry, like painfully dry.  I'm usually pretty damp down there, so I figured that since the cup was catching everything, maybe that was the issue.  I used some water based lub to moisten up a little.

Then the itching started...not in my vagina, but in my vulva area again.  This time I tried a little vagasil which seemed to help and I thought nothing of it.

But now, everything is just weird.  I feel like I might have a little bit of an odd odor, but I really not sure (my diva cup REAKED after I took it out the last day by the way, I couldn't even be in the same room as it).  I have some really thin discharge, like i said, I'm always quite damp, but this just seems damper then normal, but it's normal coloured and doesn't clump or anything, just wetter then normal.  AND, the vaginal/urtheral area is super sensitive.  Wiping after the bathroom KILLS (but urinating doesn't, just to be clear), I've been patting.  It's just very painful, but only to the touch.

I'm very much a virgin - no one's EVERY touched down there but me.  My doctor said not to worry about a pelvic if I wasn't sexually active and had no issues for now.

So, what's wrong with me??  Did I totally screw myself up with my wonderful diva cup?
