?
so i'm very new here and new to cup wearing as well.but i bought the diva cup and while i like it, it's a bit big and somewhat stiff.it has and will be good for heavier days.but i was wondering where i could buy the ladycup for a good price(i actually got my diva for about $15 shipped :)  but i really like the fact that the ladycup is supposedly a lot more flexible.

so any help would be appreciated!

I think the cheapest for shipping to the US is eBay. It won't be as cheap as the Diva, though.

Just wanted to say that I bought my LadyCup through the ebay seller and it came in about 8 days from the Czech Republic to the US. I got both sizes but ended up liking the large. It fit better and dealt with my fairly heavy flow much better. I'm 31, no kids, 5'4" and 110. HTH!

also, i was told that you could use the diva for up to 10 years if properly cared for.but i think i read on their site that they say you should only use it for one year??which of the cups can you use for a few years?i'm really confused. sorry!!

all of the cups have the capability to last for YEARS and YEARS (as in, the only cup you need in your lifetime while you are menstruating). the divacup changed their criteria to fit their government standards. don't listen to that. perhaps they just want to sell more?

either way. just take care of your cup and it'll be fine. only replace it if it warps out of shape and doesn't work for you anymore or if the silicon starts to crack.

Before you spend megabucks on a new cup, try flipping the Diva inside out. (Thanks yet again, GJD!) It's a like a completely different cup that way. If you have trouble getting it to pop open, also carefully enlarge the anti-suction holes with something like a toothpick.

There is a lot of speculation as to why Diva announced their cups are only good for one year while all the others claim 5-10. To increase repeat sales? To comply with some sort of regulation? A decision by their legal department? Covering their butts in anticipation of complaints about a "bad batch?" Use your best judgement as to when to replace yours.

There are 9 different cups by 7 different manufacturers. Plus Instead Softcups, which are "different." http://afriska-engl.de.tl/Different-brands-and-sizes.htm She does not list the new Miacup yet.

Where did you get your divacup? $15 shipped sounds like a great price to me!
