I was hoping someone could give me some reassurance with the miacup ordering process. I purchased a cup from them on Friday, and my card was charged on 7/21 (yesterday). But I have not received any emails from them at all. Not even an automated "We have received and are processing your order" type of deal. Is this the norm?

I ordered one a few days ago and received a confirmation the same day and two days later I got a shipment confirmation. I would email them and see what's up.
thanks for your reply. I just went through my 2000+ spam emails to see if they ended up there, and they had.
Glad to hear they did get back to you. That would have been a really bad start for Miacup if they charged you and never emailed confirmation or anything of the sort.
Let us know if you like it! It's such a pretty cup and some of the proceeds go to charity. Yeah!
i liked that about their company too. Plus, they ask that you donate some money too with your purchase (the smallest amount I believe is 30 cents with the highest amount you can donate being about 93 cents). I loved that. It's one thing to have an environmentally friendly product, it's another to be active in helping the environment with your product.
