Keeper Sizing

Thanks for all who responded to my post about where to find a Keeper. I'm still going to talk to my Aunt and see if she wouldn't prefer a silicone cup instead, but I'm pretty sure she wants a Keeper due it's natural gum rubber. Anyway, just a quick question about sizing. The size A is for those have had a vaginal birth, a size B for those who haven't. She hasn't had a baby, but is in her 40's... maybe even early 50's, I'm not sure :S. So which size would you recommend for her? I'm assuming that, like the Diva, older women should use the larger size, but I just want to make sure.
